30 years’ experience in global and local strategy, leadership and business development. Graduated in Advertising and Marketing from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, with an Extension in Management from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration). He believes that technology and purpose, aligned with a deep understanding of people, are the way to build valuable businesses and brands. It has launched, built and repositioned brands in various market segments, including automotive, retail, aviation, banking, finance, technology, services, agribusiness and real estate.

Ricardo Reis

Ricardo is a serial entrepreneur, founder and manager of a number of companies, as well as an investor in other operations. He has significant experience in digital companies and innovation, especially in advertising, the digital environment and international business. In his career, he was CEO of the Havas group in Brazil, CEO of Havas Digital LatAm, and founder and expansion leader of Adglow Global. He is also currently the founder and CEO of Ampliva, an adtech company focused on performance technology solutions for digital media.

Norberto Zaiet

Zaiet began his career at the former European Bank for Latin America (BEAL) in 1993, which was sold to Germany’s WestLB in 1995. At WestLB, he served as Risk Manager for Latin America, Head of the Options Desk and Head of Products and Derivatives. In 2002, he moved to New York as Head of Latin American Local Markets, then Head of Trading, Sales and Treasury for Latin America and then, in 2006, Head of Emerging Markets Trading. He left WestLB in 2009 and, after a brief period at Grupo Espírito Santo’s investment bank in New York, he was CFO and Investor Relations Director at Banco Pine in São Paulo, and then CEO from 2016 to 2018.
